Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Before closure, any remaining cash balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. 8.2 Suspension for Breach of Terms

If the investigation finds no breach of Terms, the suspension will be lifted. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and associated funds dealt with in accordance with the findings.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.7 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gk7777 operates. Players agree that any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 8.5 before any other formal proceedings are initiated.
